Initiative of Fraternidade Nuno Alvares (FNA), an association of adult scouts, member of the ISGF fellowship, which organizes the Webinar "Estar Alerta!", whose guests are the Wild Animal Recovery Center Wild Animal Recovery Center of the UTAD Veterinary Hospital (CRAS-HVUTAD) and the Institute for Nature Conservations and Forests (ICNF – Northern Region), national authority CITIES signatory. For their importance in the conservation of wildlife and for their excellent support and technical guidance in environmental volunteering and in sharing the return to Nature of recovered birds, in successive editions of FNA’s national environmental activity “CRIAR RAíZES” held annually in the Alvão Natural Park.
The FNA Webinar “Be Alert!” aims to celebrate World Wildlife Day, inviting adult scouts to participate in a global journey to explore technological innovation dedicated to the conservation of animals and plants on our planet and, a national reflection on wildlife and of the remarkable work to rehabilitate wild animals in the Alvão Natural Park area, a national protected area celebrating its 40th anniversary.
